Circuit Training How to Build the ultimate rapid fat loss

History has seen the joint use of the most training programs for resistance. The 50-10 Five Exercise Circuit: In the following five-minute circuit will alternate between 50 seconds work and 10 seconds of rest:

Exercise # 1 – Squats

Exercise 2 – Dips

Exercise 3 – In a Hip Extension leg

Exercise No. 4 – Pull-Ups

Basically, in the same 15 minutes it took from three sets in the bank, which would be obtained in three series of five exercises different for an impressive total of 15 sets of work!
