beginner treadmill routine to lose weight?
How is this for beginners fat loss .. This morning when I woke up .. 5 minutes of heating – 5 min 2 mph run four 5 mph mph 2-minute 5 minute warm up and then run 5 km / h for the next ten minutes, I can do sprints of 10-20 7/8mph seconds and after a few minutes i 1/2mph then I cooled oatmeal .. and green tea. how this is for beginners?
