Hello, I've been all my life in sport and have always been in good shape. However, when you hit 35 you start to get the extra weight in your belly to remove. And although I did many sets for the abs, I can still do not understand much publicized six-pack. I see many commercials when they show men and women who have these great abs. They say that if you follow this program or if you buy this machine, yhou be the same. I think it sucks. I believe that the stomach really flat, you should take vitamins weight loss supplements to dry. I think that's what they do. Unless someone here knows the secrets of other programs or exercises that so little melted fat in the belly. Thanks
