If I can save one pound (3500 calories) to what extent will the fat and the muscles?
Is it possible to say how much (%) a Lost Book (through exercise and / or plan) will be pure body fat? I want to lose fat and minimize loss of muscle me. If I can make some exercises and / or eating certain foods with this, please let me know. Or is there a typical percentage that can be used as a general rule the quantity of a book is lost against muscle fat?
