Exercises due to fat loss?
I'm training every day at the gym with weights and ribbon cardio for 1 hour. I seem to lose body fat at an alarming rate that is good. I wonder what system would be best to stick with fat loss. Should I add protein shakes and carbohydrate cutting or adding more carbs than you burn lots of energy? Do not check my spelling, sorry. in a career
