Under Disease / Help Weight Loss?
Hello, I sought the help of other people suffering from Graves' disease (overactive thyroid). Since I started the treatment for my illness, I have acquired, as the amount of weight and I'm losing and be healthy. I wonder if anyone out there with me simulate problems tell you which are good things to eat, or how good exercises that will help me lose weight. Now I am eating more (only eat once a day and I know is bad). So I'm eating smaller portions throughout the day. Not as sweet / candy or fatty foods quickly. When I do the meat, I cook to avoid adding extra fat, and I very rarely anything of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Is there anything you can suggest? Please do not harsh criticism, I know I'm fat, I have a disease that makes me so, and I just want to be healthy here.
Hello, I do not think anybody would be difficult or cruel to someone trying to be healthy. I was also diagnosed with serious illness and does not bother me that I weighed 231 pounds this morning (she weighed 219 in the photo). No one would call me or someone else fat if they have a single ounce of respect for human beings. That said, I enter the answer. Eating foods that are healthy, natural, non-Transformed helpful. Cook from scratch and things such as using unbleached flour. Eat brown rice or wild rice instead of white, avoid fat (lard) whenever possible and use olive oil if something is needed. Whole grains contain high amounts of fiber help keep you fully when you're hungry, and low-fat proteins are obviously good for you too. The exercise into your doctor puts it below. Law is not the time to train for a marathon, but things like yoga, strength training (Carefully), and walking or swimming are good choices, I think. Just keep in mind that small amounts of food is very good to meet for several hours and allowed eat!
