Fat Loss Weight Training

Some weight and fat loss + good training for 17 years?
I am a 17 years old, I was never more weight, not too fat, and I'm not even the goal of last year I started "to have some problems with some fat in the abdominal area, especially (though somewhat rare) my face got a little bit fatter, but now I have a bit of a round shaped face. Now my weight is perfectly normal for my age: 58 kg. I think that about 128 pounds. I'm pretty Sports Fund, I have been swimming for more than a year, Sometimes I turn, I do yoga (love that), and I surf in the summer. So I'm not doing too badly, purpose and I need I'm looking for stability, good food plan has gold tips and a training scheduele fits me of course.
