Best cardio workout for me? Moderate to high intensity vs. low intensity and longer duration.?

I'm 5'11 "184 lbs man black Bahamas. I've been frequenting the gym in the last 6 months and I lost a "substantial amount of weight (fat that is about 25-29 pounds) and I have built muscle as well. For the last month or so I've been going to the gym about 4 times a week, take the gold. I do cardio every day and I did run 7 miles an hour during One year one year times 2 years but is inclined not have the same length of time did "during the summer (I'm doing my teaching practice now) and my gym has only three working tapes.
