Fat Loss Training Routine

Body weight or fat loss through weight lifting?
It weighed over 200 pounds and lost much weight of about 40 to 50 pounds in recent years through a combination of cardio routine and severely limits my intake of calories. However, since I put my body in the way starving "" "and slowed my metabolism. Now I am unable to remove my last part of the body fat (mostly located in the stomach area the stomach.) I'm looking to get my metabolism back to normal to get my calorie intake back to normal levels, and adding weight training my exercise routine. I do not want to bulk up all usually prefer my natural inclination. What I trying to get rid of my whole body fat, especially in the stomach and love handle "area. Now I'm in the market for a set of weights for my home so I can start weight training. What are best exercises to full weight training? In any game or machine can be expected? I do not want to join a gym. I prefer working at home.
Increasing your metabolism not that hard. I recommend eating every four hours, not a full meal but a snack. In snack I mean 6 ounces of nonfat yogurt and an apple without. This makes your metabolism during the day together, while limiting the "empty" calories. Another way to speed up the metabolism while burning excess fat is through cardiovascular exercise. I see you already do, if you want to avoid the "big-up" from lifting weights that adhere to this routine. Variation of running training namely, rowing, boxing, etc can help you avoid being burned.
