Fat Loss Target Heart Rate

Walking for Weight Loss?
I just got a treadmill … I can rate three mph, without losing his breath. My weight fluctuates between 195 and 205 pounds. I am 5 feet 8 inches tall. What is my target heart rate or "fat burning zone"? How should I walk every day? I was in a diet two years ago, low in calories, and I ate between 900 and 1500 calories per day. (I hunger I have never b / c I always eat mini-meals every three hours) and lost 70 pounds in less than five months … For some reason, it is difficult for me to lose weight … Any advice?
I found this on a website and I agree with her. This formula estimates and maximum target heart rate as follows: maximum heart rate = 220 – THR = 65% to 85% of the HRmax Although many fitness instructors – and even some manufacturers of fitness equipment – use this formula to help people find their "training intensity optimal formula abnormalities. More specifically: The formula is based solely on age and does not take into account gender, fitness level or health. There is no published record of research to back up the equation. Current research shows that the formula maximum heart rate overestimates young adults, and underestimated in people over 40. My advice is to walk 30 minutes at least three times a week, after about four weeks, which will increase 4 miles per hour. Gradually increase the duration and amount of exercise. Be sure to warm up before walking steps and cooling after exercise. It is healthy for lose 2 pounds a week.
