Age – 17 years, weight – 95 kg, height – 5 "8 ', belly, chin me. face a very good (no kidding). I put a lot of fat in a year and I seriously want to lose everything before college, which is four months. Please suggest routines diets, meals (income) and training plans that I can follow. Since I'm doing in school and I'm basically home all the time, I can do whatever he wants. Am the need for urgent assistance and useful. Thanks in advance.

In a true weight loss, you should exercise and diet. Start an exercise program 30 minutes each morning, doing floor exercises such as leg lifts, sit, push the PU, cracks, or any other type you prefer, after a few weeks add 30 minutes of brisk walking to your afternoon or evening. Do not skip a single calendar and after the third week, twice as long to walk. Food: balanced diet of lean protein or fish, vegetables, fruits, whole grain breads or cereals. Remove all soft drinks and junk food, but for a mid-morning and half trying to enjoy something like blueberries, grapes and fresh vegetables. If you're tempted by sweets, try taking a bite and see if that will satisfy your desires I just do not abuse it.
