The best way to lose fat?
HI, IM 15, 5'3 and 133 kilos. I would like to know the best way to lose 15 pounds in a month half. I as healthy, no junk or fast food. I can use the elliptical for 25 minutes a day, as I follow a kettlebell every two days. IM not see any weight loss really. Im wondering if FAST WEIGHT TRAINING would be better for fat loss, I am a male. Please help me guys.
