Weight loss in obese teenage daughter?
I have 15 years, weigh about 200 pounds, and I'm only 5'4 "I problems with my weight since I'm five I've been in countless weight loss programs since I was 7 years. Excersise need help, I need constant motivation because they do not eat well or fairly excersise when mototivated. As better than the average American (no matter milk fat food, fast, maybe once a month, and an ice cream once a week), but eating too many carbohydrates. I am desperate to lose weight but I can not stay motivated and need for new ideas. Please help me.

I will. im 14 and used to weigh 290 pounds and a few essential things to do are. 1.cut down foods you can eat healthy, but the acute form of eating. im saying im not saying stop eating snake will only eat three meals a day. 2. exercise. if you is not that kind. try little things like taking the long way about school as 3. 5 a day is important 4. Most join the gym gym are cheap and are good for you. 5. try to do something you like with something healthy, like read read on tape if you like the TV shows things like that bike. 6. do with family friends. is good for you and your family or friend. if one fails the other can reach him / her on the track. It 7.do for something or someone you love, for example, to adjust an old garment, or a beautiful love family member. 8. Have fun on your journey of weight loss
