You’re work out is intense, and should definitely provide you with good results. However, I suggest that cut back on the weights at the beginning, and add that time to either swimming or running. Swimming, Running actually burn fat and calories which is essential to a weight loss program. Excess weights on the other hand, lead to weight gain because the fat on your body gets hardened. So more cardio will burn the weight off, and adding weights to the increased duration of cardio will lead to better results. Also, I would suggest eating a little healthier. I mean if you like heavy foods, go to subway ’cause its healthy and tasty. Other than that you’re off to a good start and I wish you the best of luck. I am sure you will be able to pull this off because you sound committed to this.
