Fat Loss No Cardio

Weight Loss Plateau WHY?
I eat about 1300-1500 a day of conferences CAL to please .. during the last 3 weeks, lost about 11/12 pounds. I am a 16 year old, 5'6, 131 pounds and now. I started training, but I'm worried about fat loss .. Why am I on a tray? What should I do to reduce the calories … I also do cardio
