Fat Loss Hiit

Can someone tell me what excercises to do with HIIT?
I have just read about it and it seems to be the best aerobic/anaerobic and fat loss training there is.
What are some excercies i can do? (Like the ones for cardio not weights)
Hop on a treadmill, go at 4 miles per hour for one minute, then 8 miles an hour for one minute and keep changing back and forth. You can adjust the speed and length of each interval to fit you and you can increase speed and jogging/running interval as you become more fit.
