Creatine and weight loss for women?

A friend of a friend lost a ton of weight by taking creatine (a woman), I wonder how out.how works I take the creation of the union of my training routine fails. I want to lose muscle mass and increase fat. I do not want to bulk up, I just want lose weight and be stronger at all. belly etc. When should I take creatine? and What should I bring? scheme works better with this supplement?
