How do I use protein shakes to supplement my diet at the facility?

I am a woman of 29 years of age, and recently started working 5 days a week (my normal 3). I started to lose weight and inches, and my body fat percentage has been decreasing very slowly. I do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of circuit weight training / per session. I'm using a heart rate monitor heart to make sure to keep my pace to where it should be for loss optimum weight. I'm going home and I'm very tired and hard to get up the next morning too. Someone suggested adding protein shakes to fight against fatigue, when I'm going to move, and how, how often? I am looking to tone, not to bulk up! I am a diet rich in protein and rich in fruits and fiber, and the poor. Generally avoid breads and cereals, and eat several times a day. (I'm not sure hungry!)

protein supplement charge is a bad idea. Indeed safer and healthier than eating an unbalanced diet. On the other hand, the exertion is as bad as not exercising. As the old adage, "Moderation in everything." A good workout three times a week and a moderate warming on other days to keep fit, without overloading.
