Breaking Fat Loss Plateaus

I reached a plateau with my weight loss pounds/65 only 143 kg?
I'm 5'7''(171 cm), and I dieted for about five months. I hit a plateau at 143 pounds, but I would have at least 130 pounds. Exercising, eating healthy (I'm a vegetarian, so there is virtually no fat in my diet). Is there anything I can do to break this plateau and about to lose another 15 pounds? Thank you. Or, if you weigh around 130 and 5'7''(or there), I can say what you do to keep your figure?
I can mix my routine a lot! I do a lot of different races .. run twice a week the distance of two times a week and cardio three other right days .. works for me!
